Congratulations to Ratae RC member Amy Whitmore for her superb performance in last Sunday's Dambusters sprint triathlon at Rutland Water. Amy finished as first place lady for her age group and third place lady overall.
Amy has been training hard in recent months and the Dambuster triathlon was part of her preparation for representing Great Britain as an age group athlete at the World Triathlon Sprint Championships in Hamburg over 13-16 July.
